Do your facial-recognition exhibits comply with data protection regulations?

Yes. Our facial-recognition exhibits (including ones based on Fraunhofer SHORE) analyze images locally and in real time, without storing biometric data. Age, emotion, or position are only used for the moment of interaction.
How do you ensure the security of your exhibit software?

Exhibits are software too — and go through the same security process at at²: static code analysis (SAST) during development, dynamic security testing (DAST), and regular dependency audits. This is especially important for exhibits in public spaces, as they often run continuously and are physically accessible.
Do you create SBOMs for exhibit software?

Yes. For every exhibit we create an SBOM (Software Bill of Materials) — a machine-readable inventory of all components used. This allows us to check at any time whether security updates are needed, even for installations that run in a museum for years.
Are your exhibits ready for the Cyber Resilience Act?

The EU Cyber Resilience Act requires end-to-end cybersecurity for products with digital elements from December 2027 — this can also include networked exhibits and installations. Our workflow with SAST, DAST, regular audits, and SBOM generation already covers key CRA requirements today.
